Residents have complained about flooding on South Sanders since before 2014. The right of way (ROW) under the road and along the road needs repair. Smith Farms Subdivision began selling lots December of 2021. Creekview Drive is located below the un-named creek that runs through the South Sanders neighborhood, through Smith Farms, and down the waterfall behind Creekview. The presence of sharp-edged rocks indicates "new" or recent deposits; years of water running over rocks produces rounded edges.
