October 2021 letter to county RE Patton Chapel Flooding  & funds spent on PC infrastructure

The city has failed to advocate for citizens; residents have been told the county is responsible for Patton Chapel Road.  Yet, the city spent money on the widening project AND wrote the county (with no response).  This was shared with residents who were flooded in October of 2021.
