Hoover Connect

To report problems such as stormwater system maintenance, sanitary sewer or garbage go to the Hoover website and use the My HOOVER CONNECT button. There is also an app for this. Reporting is free and easy. What to report? Street stormwater inlets that are clogged, damaged or not working. Sinkholes on city property, easements, etc.

To obtain public information, you must request the form at hooverrecordsrequest@hooveralabama.gov, download the form, complete the request form and submit to HooverRecordsRequest@hooveralabama.gov

Hoover Monitor will try to send you a copy of the fillable form upon request. You will download the form, complete it, save it and submit to hooverrecordsrequest@hooveralabama.gov,
